EUROPE ACCESS will be the TV Channel which will represent the united colours of Europe, the diversity of user-generated material, it will be the channel that will help the European integration process and increase the European community, as well as serving as tool for enhancing democracy.

This page is for the members of the EUROPE ACCESS ASSOCIATION, our content producers. On this page we will gradually update information about all the questions you might have concerning broadcasting, funding and anything else.

MEDIA 2007
MEDIA 2007 is the new programme of support for the European audiovisual sector, following on from the MEDIA Plus and MEDIA Training programmes. MEDIA 2007 is conceived as a single programme combining the two existing parts (development, distribution and promotion / training). It has a budget of almost 755 million and covers the period 2007-13.

"Television without Frontiers"
The Directive aims to ensure the free movement of broadcasting services within the internal market and at the same time to preserve certain public interest objectives, such as cultural diversity, the right of reply, consumer protection and the protection of minors. It is also intended to promote the distribution and production of European audiovisual programmes, for example by ensuring that they are given a majority position in television channels' programme schedules.
