EUROPE ACCESS is a public access channel, governed by a non-profit organization (EUROPE ACCESS ASSOCIATION), according to democratic principles, with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

The EUROPE ACCESS channel will be airing programs produced or acquired by its members, offering a source of distribution for various organizations, corporations and projects.
